Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Radio Producer to join our dynamic team at Playtz 102.9. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and producing high-quality radio content that engages our audience and maintains our station's reputation for excellence.

You will work closely with on-air talent, production staff, and management to ensure all content meets our standards for creativity, quality, and brand alignment. This role requires a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and edit radio shows, segments, and promotional content
  • •Collaborate with hosts, DJs, and other on-air talent to develop show concepts
  • •Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of content
  • •Oversee audio editing, mixing, and post-production processes
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with artists, labels, and industry contacts
  • •Ensure all content complies with broadcasting regulations and station policies
  • •Mentor junior producers and provide creative direction

Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in radio production or related field
  • •Proficiency in audio editing software (ProTools, Adobe Audition, or similar)
  • •Strong understanding of radio broadcasting standards and practices
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • •Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • •Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field preferred
